Receptionist Wanted

We are looking for a competent person to manage our front desk and perform a variety of clerical tasks, such as receiving clients and visitors, and handling enquires and requests. A positive, pleasant personality is a must as this position will require good telephone and face to face communication with guests and internal team. This is a full-time role within our office.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Greeting and directing all visitors
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing of incoming mails
  • A variety of administrative and clerical tasks, as necessary
  • Check on status and notify customers when their jobs are ready or of any delays.
  • Keep reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).


Ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Team-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Minimum of High National Diploma (BSc. or HND)

Salary : :- ₦95,000 per month
